Freezer Rolls

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 pkgs. yeast
1/4 cup warm water
3-3/4 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
Bread flour (about 8 cups)

Cream butter and sugar. Mix yeast with warm water. Add yeast, milk and enough flour to make a soft dough. Let stand 1 hour. Add salt, baking powder, soda and enough flour to make dough that handles well. Roll 3/4 inch thick, cut with 2 inch cookie cutter and place on cookie sheet, freeze. Then put in plastic bags and keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw on greased baking pan before baking. Bake at 450° until brown. Makes 4 dozen.
