Kelly Bing’s Pineapple Pudding

5 slices bread
¼ c. melted butter
½ c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
3 eggs – beaten
1 #2 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
 
Break bread into cubes. Mix in bowl with sugar, salt, & butter. Add eggs & pineapple (including juice) Mix well. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake uncovered 1 hr @ 350.
 
Great for dessert or with ham.
